Results are in…And I’m at 263.2lbs. To hit my goal by the Wednesday before the Chicago Marathon, means I need to lose 75 more pounds. I’m down a net of 5lbs. I’ve been struggling lately, in a funk, OK fighting some depression, but I’ll take being down overall.

Myriah, the first official #WIW buddy, emailed me this morning and she is up .6 lbs but is not stressing about it. Onward and upward!
