Yesterday I realized my email forward, to my non-CDR email account was not turned on. Which means I missed 500 emails….wow. First, I am so sorry if you emailed and I didn’t respond. I wasn’t ignoring you, honest.
Second, a fellow runner, Connie O’Reyes, aka Marathon MissFit, aka, “the Heater”, aka “Ctrl+ Alt+ Del”, aka, “slim jim sparkly pants”…whoa, sorry. As I was saying, Connie emailed and had a great idea…bring Weigh-In Wednesdays back! Awesome idea, I should…no, I am! AND find some folks who want to participate as well…accountability buddies. Awesome, also great! Consider it done!
So I’m issuing a challenge/ open invitation to you, my readers because I knwo I could use all the support and accountability I can get, and am thinking you might as well!
Join me, and be my Weigh-in Wednesday buddy. How will this work? simple…every Wednesday morning, I will weigh in and post it. And so will you…I mean if you’re up for the challenge. Interested? Yeah? Cool.
