Man, oh man, I feel so proud of myself.

Will you take another look at my last post I did up for you already? I mean, really guys. You couldn’t have asked more from an ex-con and previously uneducated guy like me. I’ve given you more to bite on. Like the sales pitch cliché goes, I’ve also given you more bang for your buck. Thinking back how I did up that post on protein shakes – remember how I said that I would be relying on as much online info as possible – I found that I could still write from personal experience. Just goes to show how far I’ve come as a healthy, fit and brainy guy.

Yep, protein shakes can also help boost your brain power.

So, today I’m just going to carry on using my noodle.

Here, guys, let me explain. Remember I was a good chess player while I was inside. So I guess I’ve learnt how to use what was previously my soft thing of a brain. So, what I’m going to try and do for you today is show off a little and show you how far I have come in life. I’m going to be a little creative because to add to the mix of supplements that could work for you, I’m going to suggest how you can lift some cool ingredients you should be using in your kitchen from, let’s say, right about now. And I’m going to blast you away with a surprise on suggesting how you can use them.

Supplements that could work for you

Nope, I’m not mentioning no product names. They don’t pay me for this stuff anyhow. I’m not going to be too specific either. I’m just going to go with a basic outline and a warning for you too. If you really insist on taking them, supplements will only really work for you if you really, really need to take them. Otherwise, don’t take them, right. In any case, you’ll find that most guys may already have a need for them. This has got something to do with your modern lifestyle and all where you supposedly don’t have time over in the day to fix yourself a proper healthy meal.

Actually, now that I think about it, I think I am going to give you at least one supplementary suggestion. If you feel that you don’t have time in the day to check out what your body needs and then to go and make it up in the kitchen, I suggest you give this a try. Make time! There now, I’ve said it. Over and out.

But not quite. Here’s something else. It takes time to adjust to new healthy lifestyle habits, so what you could do in the meantime is go for a multi-vitamin product. But when you shop at your local drug store or chemist for this lot, do make a point of checking with the sales clerk on a recommended and certifiable brand. You’ll usually find that it’s got the perfect blend of vitamins, minerals, and proteins too, that your body will need. All in one or two capsules a day.

And this is for the guys that are feeling really weak at this time. It’s also a reality check for the heavy D heavily overweight guys out there. If you’re feeling really low and depleted at this point in time, rather check in with your GP for a proper checkup. Go on, make an appointment. Don’t be a girl. The doctor don’t bite. And if he has to hit you with a vitamin shot on the backside, just remember this. Cowboys don’t cry.

Err, that thing I told you about in my last post? Use it already. And you’ve forgotten what it was? No, man, how could you! That’s it; I’m not even going to tell you what it is. This time guys, really guys, I’m going to ask you nicely to read up that post on what protein shakes are again, this time real nice and slow, so you can digest it all good and proper this time. It’s really worth the little effort and it’ll stand you in good stead the next time you hit the gym and you decide you’re going to give this supplement a try out.

The practice is called research and development. Someday when you get to climb the corporate ladder, you’re going to have to do it anyhow, so you may as well get used to the idea.
