Weigh-In Wednesday, week 8….

Results are in…And I am down 1.1 lbs this week. To hit my goal by the Wednesday before the Chicago Marathon, means I need to lose 68.9 more pounds. I’m feeling good. I got 5 runs last week, including a bonus Easter run…faster than I’ve run lately. My long run of 11.5 miles felt good….real good. More on that tomorrow. I have 5 on the plan for today at race pace. We’ll see how that goes....
